We leveraged a proven path—harnessing resistance—to affect a big change as the Vernon Public Art Gallery and the Greater Vernon Museum & Archives sought support for a new facility heading into a referendum. We delivered both concept and copy to make a compelling case that helped voters see all the opportunities a new cultural centre would bring.
It was actually the eleventh hour when the news was announced: Greater Vernon said yes to fund a new cultural centre. After weeks of being a part of the communications team and creating content, we wrote this release just a few hours later to capture the night and the buzz.
